My experience with David Smeriglio was a very good one. He has a patient and friendly demeanor which allowed me to relax in his presence. I was not worried that he was getting frustrated at the tons of houses we looked at. He understood I had my requirements and he did his utmost to provide houses that were as close as possible to that. David knows the market and the areas we looked at very well. He kept me informed during the whole process as to what was selling, what the market was like, what the neighbourhoods we looked at had and did not have, etc. He also went out of his way to refer lawyers, contractors, house inspectors and any other contacts he had that I could make use of. I found David not only a good salesperson but a good person in general. I truly believe he looks after his clients' needs first. I would highly recommend David.

For a moment in ones life that is supposed to be extremely stressful, we had fun. We felt as if we were on a reality show without the stress of cameras in our faces. Uncommon and unexpected issues did come up with our townhome that did cause a ripple in our plans. Dave however was there for us every step of the way. He went beyond his role of Real Estate Agent. If you are looking for an agent that you can trust to work for your best interest, Dave is the guy.
